Payment:
Payment for services rendered is due upon delivery of that service. We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and cheques.
Insurance:
Peninsula Dental accepts assignment of Pacific Blue Cross (PBC) insurance only. Any balances not covered by PBC are due at the time of treatment.
All other insurance companies are non-assignment and payment is due at the time of treatment.
Peninsula Dental will prepare and submit claims either electronically or manually for all insurance companies. We will do everything possible to ensure our patients receive the maximum coverage to which they are entitled.
We ask that patients are aware of their coverage and insurance limits. Dental insurance is a contract between the patient, their employer, and their insurance company.
Amounts not covered by insurance or that exceed insurance limits are the patient's responsibility.
