Peninsula Dental is proud to welcome Dr. Anna Rankin to the practice
Dr. Anna Rankin was born in the small British Columbia interior town of Lillooet where her father practiced as a medical physician. She was raised in the lower mainland. She spent her youth training as a nationally competitive equestrian and went on to receive several coaching certifications. She studied at the University of British Columbia in Microbiology and Genetics with a minor in Psychology. During this time, Dr. Rankin explored research which allowed her to live overseas while studying at Cambridge University in the UK.
Dr. Rankin graduated from the University of British Columbia Dental School in 2010 and moved to her husband’s hometown of Victoria where she ran a small family dental practice for nearly 10yrs. She actively pursues continuing education and practices in all facets of dentistry. She is a graduate of The Kois Center based in Seattle, Washington that teaches dentists evidence based advanced techniques in esthetics, implants and restorative dentistry.
In recent years, Dr. Rankin has balanced her dental career with raising her 3 young children. She enjoys spending time with loved ones exploring the outdoors, cooking, reading and playing tennis
