A 68-year-old woman came to our office with broken teeth and a damaged veneer. She wanted her teeth to look longer, whiter, and prevent further chipping.
Well!!! I called Peninsula Dental on a “HOLIDAY MONDAY” and left a message about my sore tooth . First thing Tuesday morning Their reception Ladies called me back and said they could get Me an appointment at 12 pm that day . I felt very lucky! when I entered the examination area, I was met by Holly and thus began an amazing experience . Holly is very kind and treated me as a guest ( not a patient ) Dr. Sweet met me and he also welcomed me as a new guest to their office . After the initial exam he told me I would need an extraction of my offending tooth . No surprise there . He suggested that I should make an appointment an they could take care of my problem . Of course , because I had left My tooth go so long ( pain ) I asked if it could be attended to now . With out any hesitation he asked Holly if she would mind working through her lunch break an she was more than willing to do so . Anyway , These two Professionals took such good care of me and my problem with care and concern for my well being ,making sure I was alright during the proceedure .All is well in my world now thanks to Holly and Dr. Sweet . When I left I felt like I was treated as a guest in their home rather than a patient . If You need a Dentist do not hesitate like I did , Call Peninsula Dental and be assured You will be cared for by Two kind and caring Professionals
Dr. Sweet and the entire staff at Peninsula Dental are super friendly, welcoming, professional, and the absolute BEST EVER!! I was shocked that they even remembered me after only my first visit. I always highly recommend them to everyone I know. They have a special way of making you feel comfortable even if you’re not a fan of going to the dentist, and they continually tell you every step of the procedure that is being performed. I’ve had dentist anxiety since I was a child, but no longer since being a patient of Peninsula Dental. I’ve ALWAYS disliked the needles used for freezing so much so that I used to not even go to see a dentist because it scared me to death, well, no longer because they are magicians when it comes to administering the freezing agent…thank you so much for that Peninsula Dental. It’s sort of funny that during my last visit, I almost convinced myself that I should start slacking off on my dental hygiene just so I could visit more often…but please, don’t do that because it wouldn’t be smart to do and the staff would certainly frown on such an idea and convince you otherwise. Seriously though, do yourself a favor and call them to book an appointment…I promise you that you won’t regret it. Once again, thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart to the entire staff for removing my fear of visiting the dentist…you truly are the absolute BEST at what you do. Keep up the great work, and Happy Holidays to every one of you.
What a great experience – the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding! In my experiences, Dr. Sweet is honest, straight forward and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he takes to research, plan and present me (and my family) with options. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Andrew Sweet is a wonderful dentist. He is extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He helped correct something wrong with my teeth that other dentists I had previously seen were unable to correct. I am VERY happy with my teeth and smile now and would recommend anyone to join this practice
I would recommend this practice to absolutely anyone looking for a new dentist. Dr. Sweet and Dr. Burns are both knowledgeable and friendly, the same can be said for the fantastic receptionist and Hygienist (January 11th 2021). I have never felt pressured or like I was being lectured to while in the chair. Dr. Sweet is extremely sincere and has always taken the time to answer my questions and explain what the available options are. I used to really hate going to the dentist, this practice has alleviated those concerns entirely. Don’t bother going anywhere else!
I have been going to Peninsula Dental for well over 5 years, I’ve found a little hidden gem of a place with great staff and hygienists. They are super friendly, caring, attentive to your needs and are very accommodating. My experience with both Dr. Sweet and Dr. Burns have been exceptional, they are both kind, honest, and gentle Doctors when it comes to you and your mouth health. I would definitely recommend Peninsula Dental to anyone looking for a Dentist or Hygienist
Great staff who are very supportive of my nervous energy at the dentist. Thorough work by hygienists, and Dr. Sweet is terrific! Both my husband and I are very happy to use Peninsula Dental on a regular basis.
