The Seaside Times featured the work of Victoria photographer Geoff Smith in Victoria, Sidney, and Saanichton. As the writer Steve Sheppard said, “It makes me smile to think how many talented people live in such a small community; we even have a smile specialist in Dr. Richard Burns”.
